RAMP responsible alcohol management logoThe PLCB approved Responsible Alcohol Management Training (RAMP) Training, Server/Seller Online Course has been designed to educate Pennsylvania licensees and their employees on the policies and regulations of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. The training covers the laws that you must follow in Pennsylvania. The training curriculum was designed by the PLCB Bureau of Alcohol Education and is intended to train your servers to be responsible even when your clientele is not.

Steps to Completion

  3. Complete - after purchasing your training, login and begin your training.
  4. Results - your results are automatically reported to PLCB upon completion of your training.
  5. Print - print your certificate upon completion of your training.

This website and online training program were not created by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), however, this course has the approval of the PLCB as a valid curriculum for the RAMP, server/seller training and is provided by The Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage and Tavern Association.

Bulk Purchase

A Bulk Purchase is a pre-payment for training for two or more users. Since only individuals can actually register for the training, the Bulk Purchase option creates a pre-paid voucher for use by your group/team members to use as the form of payment when they register.

Think of this as buying a pre-paid gift card - You tell us how many users for which you would like to pay, we will send you the voucher code for you to give to your users. They will click on the "Voucher Redemption" button below to complete their individual registrations, using the pre-paid voucher code.
